Around 2,000 condoms including used ones dumped on MC road in  Chengannur 

CHENGANNUR: A complaint has been filed after around 2,000 condoms were thrown onto the middle of the road from a moving vehicle. The incident occurred near Vellavoor Junction on the M C Road in Chengannur.

The condoms were dumped on the road at around 10 pm on Thursday. Used and unused condoms were among the discarded.

‘It is understood that the condoms were thrown onto the road from a moving vehicle. Action will be taken against the culprits. Have asked the municipal officials to immediately remove them from the road,’ said municipal councillor Varun Mattaykkal.

The police have started examining the CCTV footage from the area to identify the vehicle used to dump the condoms on the road.
